HRA Board Elects New Officers for 2013

At their January 29, 2013 Annual Meeting, the Duluth HRA Board of Commissioner elected its new officers for 2013.  They are Robert Reichert, Chair; John Ivey Thomas, Vice Chair; and Lorenda Ingersoll, Secretary.
